Terms and conditions

Published price, booked slot, then the inspection — not a surprise on the doorstep.

EICR Certificate provides electrical inspection, EICR certification, PAT testing, EPC, fire alarm, emergency lighting and related services across Greater London and, by arrangement, the wider UK.

To book, call 020 8088 3901 or send a quote through this website. A confirmed fee follows the job type and property size. Work starts only when you accept that appointment.

If you cannot keep an appointment, contact us on info@eicr-certificate.uk or 020 8088 3901 as soon as possible so we can re-book.

Remedial work after a failed EICR is quoted separately. Certificates are issued after the inspection (and after any required remedials).
