Privacy policy

We use your details to send an inspector, not to build a marketing list.

Effective date: 2 January 2020. EICR Certificate (“we”) collects the name, phone number, email, area and job details you submit so we can quote and attend. We also receive technical data needed to run the site (including a reCAPTCHA score from Google).

We use your details to respond to enquiries, book inspections, dispatch engineers, and keep records of work. We do not sell personal data. We may share job details with the attending electrician and with our lead desk so the request is not lost.

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold by emailing info@eicr-certificate.uk or calling 020 8088 3901.
